Bereavement
This is the period
of time following the death of a loved one. Research
has shown that our physical and emotional response to
a death may surface anywhere from before the actual
death to months following the death. The hospice team
therefore provides support for 15 months following the
death of your loved one. Individual and group counseling
is offered to our families. We offer the same support to
the community in our service area of those that may have
had a sudden or unexpected death or someone that's family
member was served out of state.
